A neroli-scented, dye-free fabric conditioner that softens and freshens your laundry. Made in the UK by Fill, vegan and cruelty-free, supplied via a closed-loop system where bulk barrels are collected, cleaned and refilled rather than thrown away.

Pairs well with our laundry liquid or laundry powder if you need to top those up at the same time.

How To Use

Pour 20-50ml into the machine dispenser. Do not pour directly onto fabric.

Ingredients & Storage

Store above 5°C.

Less than 5%: cationic surfactant, fragrance.
More than 30%: aqua.

How To Order The Right Amount

Our quantity dropdown is designed so you can order the exact amount your bottle needs - rather than being locked into fixed sizes. Options available: 50ml, 100ml, 200ml, 300ml, 400ml, 500ml and 1L. Combine as many as you need to match your bottle size.

Example: A 950ml bottle needs 1x 500ml + 1x 400ml + 1x 50ml.

Topping up a part-empty bottle? Either estimate the amount you need and order that, or order a full bottle's worth and leave a note at checkout asking us to refund any unused amount. We'll weigh and refill, then refund the difference - so if you ordered 500ml but we only filled 200ml, you'll be refunded for 300ml.

Note: We use scales to measure refills on a 1g = 1ml basis - there may be slight variations between products.

How To Place Your Order

Order via the website as normal, or message us by WhatsApp or email the day before (or earlier) your usual delivery date.

For example: "Hi Dan, please can I book in for refills tomorrow? I need fabric conditioner, hand soap and rinse aid - please refill my bottles fully. I'll leave them on the doorstep, thanks!"

We'll book you in, refill your bottles, and send an email invoice for the amount refilled.

Delivery Information

Local delivery only - this product is not available for nationwide shipping.

Delivery is £1.50 per order for standard delivery areas, or £3 per order for extended radius areas (minimum order £15). We deliver to specific postcodes each day - please check our Refill Delivery Information page for your postcode, delivery day and to see which rate applies to you.

Please leave your clean, empty (or part-empty) containers outside in a safe place on your delivery day. We'll refill and return them.

FAQs

What's the difference between the Refill Fabric Conditioner and the Fabric Conditioner with Bottle?
The refill is for customers who already have a bottle or container to fill. If you need a bottle as well, the Fabric Conditioner with Bottle option includes one.

Can I order refill fabric conditioner if I don't know exactly how much I need?
Yes - order your best estimate, or order a full bottle's worth and leave a note at checkout asking us to refund any unused amount. We'll weigh and refill your bottle, then refund the difference.

Is refill fabric conditioner available for nationwide delivery?
