Returns and refunds

We want you to love everything you order from us. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Changed your mind?

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items need to be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Please email hello@greenpeareco.com with your order number before sending anything back, so we know it's on its way.

Items we can't take back unless they're faulty

  • Fresh, chilled or perishable food
  • Food, drink and toiletries that have been opened or unsealed
  • Refills poured into your own containers, including local delivery refills
  • Gift cards

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us at hello@greenpeareco.com with your order number and a photo. Getting in touch as soon as possible helps us sort it quickly. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we'll cover any return postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Pear Post gift boxes

Unopened items from a gift box can be returned within 30 days under the terms above. If you're the recipient, contact us and we'll arrange the return. Any refund goes back to the person who placed the order. If a box arrives damaged or something's missing, let us know and we'll put it right.

Returning your items

For change-of-mind returns, you're responsible for return postage, and we recommend a tracked service. Please send items to:

Orders from outside the UK are welcome to return items too. Return postage and any customs charges are your responsibility.

Refunds

We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method. If you return a whole order, we'll also refund the standard delivery charge. Express or Same Day upgrade charges aren't refunded. We may reduce a refund if an item has been used or handled more than you'd need to check it.
