Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within the timeframe of your chosen shipping option. We are a small, independent team - we do not offer guaranteed next-day delivery on standard shop orders. If you need your order by a specific date, please leave a note on the cart page and we will do our best to help.

Postal Orders (excluding Pear Post gift boxes)

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Orders over 5kg are automatically shipped via DPD regardless of service selected.

This code is for local collection and local refill delivery customers only. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where the code has been applied to a standard shipping address outside our local delivery area.

Free Shipping Discount Code Terms & Conditions

We occasionally share a free shipping discount code with customers and newsletter subscribers. The following terms apply:

  • Valid on UK mainland orders only
  • Minimum spend of £30
  • Applies to standard shipping only
  • Not valid on orders over 5kg, as these are shipped via DPD and fall outside the code's eligible shipping rates
  • Not valid on Pear Post gift boxes, which already include free standard delivery
  • Cannot be combined with any other discount code (including the 10% welcome code)
  • Valid on one-time purchases only - not applicable to subscription orders
  • One discount code per order

Nationwide 5L Returns

Help us keep this system closed-loop by returning your empties to us. Visit our returns contact page and fill out the form to request a free returns label.

Once we receive the cans back, we inspect, clean and reuse. Please make sure empty jerry cans are clean, undamaged and have the original white plastic cap attached. Please do not send back other accessories.

Alternatively, return to us with your own preferred courier at your own cost.

Local Delivery

If you live within certain postcodes around the borders of Essex/Suffolk/Cambridgeshire, a Local Delivery option will appear at checkout. Visit our Refill Delivery Information page to see which postcodes qualify.

We deliver on the day we are in your area. Please leave contact details so we can arrange delivery. A small fee of £1.50 - £3 applies to help cover packaging and fuel costs.

Packaging

We ship in plastic-free, eco-friendly packaging made from 100% recyclable and up to 100% recycled materials. Please consider reusing boxes before recycling - you can leave the paper tape attached when you do.

We encourage you to reuse our packaging and use paper parcel tape. Please do not use plastic protective wrap when returning items.
