How To Use

Apply to a reusable makeup pad and gently wipe over the face until makeup is removed. No need to rinse. Follow with your usual toner or moisturiser - the UpCircle Face Toner pairs well as a next step.

How To Order The Right Amount

Our quantity dropdown is designed so you can order the exact amount your bottle needs. Options available: 50ml, 100ml, 200ml, 300ml, 400ml, 500ml and 1L. Combine as many as you need to match your bottle size.

Topping up a part-empty bottle? Either estimate the amount and order that, or order a full bottle's worth and leave a note at checkout asking us to refund any unused. We'll weigh and refill, then refund the difference.

How To Place Your Order

Order via the website as normal, or message us by WhatsApp or email the day before (or earlier) your usual delivery date.

For example: "Hi Dan, please can I book in for refills tomorrow? I need micellar water - please refill my bottle fully. I'll leave it on the doorstep, thanks!"

We'll book you in, refill your bottle, and send an email invoice for the amount refilled.

Delivery Information

Local delivery only - this product is not available for nationwide shipping.

Delivery is £1.50 per order for standard delivery areas, or £3 per order for extended radius areas (minimum order £15). Please check our Refill Delivery Information page for your postcode and delivery day.

Please leave your clean, empty (or part-empty) bottle outside in a safe place on your delivery day. We'll refill and return it.

FAQs

Can I use any bottle for the refill?
Yes - any clean bottle works. If you want a dedicated glass bottle, see our Micellar Water with Bottle page.

Is this suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes - it's fragrance-free, dye-free and made with biodegradable ingredients specifically to be gentle on all skin types.

Is this available for nationwide delivery?
The refill service is local delivery only. Check our Refill Delivery Information page to see if you're in our area.
