Machine wash: Place one or two sheets in the drum on top of your clothes. Use two sheets for large or heavily soiled loads. Use fabric conditioner as normal or white vinegar!
Hand wash: tear a sheet in half and dissolve in a bowl of water. Hand wash your clothes as usual.
