Vault Forest (Nettle & Pine) – Red Vermouth
Vibrant, herbaceous and bittersweet – a woodland-leaning vermouth that shines over ice or in a Negroni.
Forest starts with an infusion of rhubarb root, orange and wormwood, blended with English wine and fresh foraged botanicals including nettle, pine and rosemary.
It’s then gently sweetened with demerara sugar for that classic vermouth balance: aromatic, complex and properly useful in cocktails.

Sustainability
Vault are big on doing things properly: their bottles are made from 100% post-consumer recycled glass (“wild flint”), with lightweight refill cans available to help keep bottles in use for longer (coming soon). They also use biodegradable labels, glass stoppers, a plastic-free plant-based tamper seal, recycled-cardboard postal packaging, and vacuum (cold) distillation to reduce energy and water use.
