FAQs
What does “wet hop” mean?
Wet hops are hops used fresh from the farm, usually within 24 hours of being picked, rather than dried. They give very bright, green, fresh-hop flavours.
How bitter is this compared to Pacific Rise?
It has a West Coast-style bitterness but is a touch lighter and more “pale ale” than full-on IPA – still punchy, just not quite as intense as Pacific Rise.
