This ever-popular Sparkling Rosé is a Pinot-led blend, aged on its lees to build texture and elegance while keeping the fruit bright and joyful.

Think wild strawberries on the nose, ripe peach and cream on the palate, and a subtle “jammy” undertone that makes it dangerously easy to pour another glass.

• Pinot blend: 55% Pinot Meunier, 45% Pinot Noir
• Brut style: 8g/l total sugar
• Serving idea: lovely on its own, or try with sticky duck pancakes and Asian-style dishes
• Lees ageing: minimum 16 months for softness and mousse
