Sparkling English Blush is LA Brewery’s rosé-style kombucha, made from lightly fermented green tea and blended with soft summer fruits. Strawberry, rhubarb and peach sit alongside elderflower and floral hops, giving a tart, fruity and delicately floral fizz with a dry, grown-up finish rather than a sugary hit.
It pours like a pale sparkling rosé and works brilliantly as an aperitif, a wine alternative with food, or a celebratory drink when you are not drinking alcohol.
