Most reusable pads contain PUL - a waterproof plastic layer that means they still pollute the environment at end of life. These don't. No PUL, no plastic poppers, no plastic of any kind - just cotton, bamboo and a metal stud press. Fully biodegradable when they eventually wear out.

Available in two sizes - short (21cm) and medium (22.5cm).

Product Care

Wash before first use. For lightly used pads, rinse and add to your regular laundry. For more heavily soaked pads, pre-rinse in cold water first - never hot - to remove as much as possible before washing. Try not to let pads dry out before washing as this makes staining harder to shift.

What makes these reusable menstrual pads different from others?

Are reusable menstrual pads hygienic?
Yes - they're machine washable and can be used and laundered repeatedly like any other item of clothing. Rinsing in cold water before washing helps prevent staining and keeps them fresh.

Which size reusable menstrual pad should I choose?
The short pad is 21cm and suits lighter days or use as a liner. The medium is 22.5cm and is better suited to regular to heavier flow days.

Can reusable menstrual pads be used as incontinence pads?
Yes - they work well as light incontinence pads too.
