A bottled version of the Italian aperitivo classic. Edmunds’ Negroni blends Adnams Copper House Gin with vermouth and Campari, balancing bitter orange and herbal notes with a touch of sweetness. It’s bold, aromatic and beautifully grown-up.
Think juniper, orange peel and floral botanicals wrapped around Campari’s distinctive bitterness - the sort of drink you sip slowly over ice.
Pour 100ml over plenty of ice in a rocks glass and stir for 15-30 seconds. Garnish with a slice of orange or dried orange wheel. Ideal as a pre-dinner drink, with salty snacks, olives and nuts, or alongside rich Italian dishes.
