NoJo’s Yuzu Ponzu Dressing is a bright, citrussy dressing made with naturally brewed tamari soy sauce, yuzu juice, lemon and ginger. It’s salty, tangy and aromatic – like a lighter, zippier soy sauce with extra depth.

Use it to dress salads, drizzle over rice or noodles, dip sushi and gyoza, or splash into stir-fries and broths for instant flavour.
