How to place your order
As we want our customers to be able to refill and reuse any old bottle of any shape or size, our quantity dropdown menu is designed with flexibility in mind.
Instead of restricting you to refilling 250ml, 500ml, or 1L quantities; we have 50ml, 100ml, 200ml, 300ml, 400ml, 500ml and 1L options.
By combining any of these amounts, we hope it will be easier to buy the correct amount of product for any size bottle.
FOR EXAMPLE
The popular large Ecover washing up liquid bottle is 950ml.
To refill this bottle, simply add the following quantities of product to your cart:
- 1x 50ml,
- 1x 400ml,
- 1x 500ml
If you had a 1.5L bottle, you would add the following to your cart:
- 1x 500ml,
- 1x 1L
TOPPING UP
Quite often, bottles empty at different rates, so your shampoo might be empty but your conditioner still has half left.
In this case, for the bottle that isn't fully empty, there are a couple of options. You can either use your best judgement to guess the amount you need to top up, or order a full bottle and leave a note on the cart page to refund any leftovers.
We will then weigh and refill your bottles and, for example, if we have only refilled 200ml of the 500ml ordered, we will refund the remaining 300ml.
WHATSAPP ORDERS
If you prefer to bypass the website, you can order via WhatsApp or email.
To do this, please send us a message the day before (or earlier) your usual delivery date with your order.
For example:
"Hi Dan, please can I book in for refills tomorrow? I need hand soap, fabric conditioner and rinse aid, roughly 2L of each but please refill each bottle fully. I'll leave my bottles on my doorstep, thanks!"
We will then book you in, refill your bottles and send you an email invoice for the amounts refilled.
If you have any questions, please reach out via WhatsApp or email!
Delivery Information
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £1 per order.
We deliver to specific postcodes each day.

Please see our Refill Delivery Information page for full details.
Why Refill
Refilling instead of re-buying can cut out a huge amount of single-use plastic.
We have carefully chosen suppliers who operate on a closed-loop system.
This means that when our bulk barrels are empty, they get picked up, washed out and refilled ready for re-delivery.
This cuts out any waste and creates a circular, closed-loop system.
By refilling your containers and bottles, you are reducing your single-use plastic footprint!
