Miso Tasty’s organic red miso (aka) is the bolder sibling to white miso – deeper, more intense, and perfect when you want real savoury punch. It’s fermented for over 12 months to develop its richer, nutty character.
Use it to level-up broths, gravies, stews and marinades, or to bring extra depth to roasted root veg and richer dishes.
