Green Pear Eco is an independent, zero-waste business based in Clare, Suffolk. Our Pear Post gift boxes began as a way to post something thoughtful without a scrap of plastic filler, and businesses kept asking whether we could do the same at scale. So we do. Sustainable corporate gifts, without the greenwashing
Plenty of suppliers slap "eco" on a bamboo pen and leave it there. We take the opposite view. Every box is plastic-free, packed with paper shred and cardboard that recycles at home, and filled with products from independent makers who hold the same standard. If part of the point is showing clients and staff that your business means what it says on sustainability, a gift that ends up in landfill by February rather undermines the message.

We build each box around the occasion and budget rather than working from a fixed hamper. Popular choices include:

Pricing and order tiers
Boxes start from £25 per box, with the final price depending on what goes inside. The more you order, the better the per-box rate. Our minimum corporate order is 10 boxes.
Personalisation
On orders of 25 boxes or more we include a personalised insert card carrying your logo and message, so every recipient opens something that feels like it came from you. Got a specific brief in mind for a larger order? Tell us and we will see what is possible.

How corporate ordering works
- Fill in the enquiry form below with your numbers, budget and any occasion or theme in mind.
- We put together a couple of options and send you a quote.
- You approve the boxes and confirm delivery details. We can invoice your business directly.
- We pack everything by hand and send it out, to one address or many. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for volume orders, and longer over the Christmas period.
Delivery across the UK
We deliver corporate gift boxes nationwide, and offer local delivery around Clare and the wider Suffolk area. We can send everything to your office for you to hand out, or post individual boxes straight to clients and staff at their own addresses. Let us know which suits and we will price it up.
Corporate gifting FAQs
Is there a minimum order?
Our minimum corporate order is 10 boxes. Order 25 or more and personalised inserts are included, with our best per-box price on orders of 50 or more.
Can we be invoiced rather than paying by card?
Yes. We can invoice your business directly for corporate orders. Just let us know when you enquire.
How long do orders take?
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for volume orders. During the Christmas period we would ask for a little longer, so it is worth getting your enquiry in early.
Can you send boxes to multiple addresses?
Yes. We can post individual boxes to different recipients across the UK, or deliver the full order to one place, whichever works for you.
Can the boxes be personalised with our logo?
On orders of 25 or more we include a printed insert card with your logo and message. For larger, more bespoke ideas, tell us the brief and we will see what is possible.
How far ahead should we order for Christmas?
The earlier the better. December fills up fast, so we would suggest getting your enquiry in during autumn to secure your slot and stock.
Are the boxes genuinely plastic-free?
They are. We use paper shred, recyclable cardboard and plastic-free products throughout. Being zero-waste is the whole point of what we do, not a label we borrowed.
