Pinot Noir 2023 | Giffords Hall
Light-bodied, award-winning English Pinot Noir with cherry, plum, sweet spice and gentle earthiness.
Pinot Noir 2023 is made from Burgundy clones grown on Giffords Hall’s Suffolk estate, fermented in stainless steel and aged for around ten months in French oak. It’s light in body but full of flavour: bright cherry and plum, red berries, sweet spice and warm, earthy undertones, with soft tannins and a smooth, lingering finish. FAQs
How does this Pinot Noir drink?
It’s light, juicy and elegant rather than heavy – think cherries, plum and red berries with sweet spice and a softly earthy, dry finish.
What should I serve it with?
Lamb and duck, tomato-based dishes, mushroom risotto, grilled salmon or tuna and soft cheeses all work nicely. Slightly cool rather than warm room temperature is ideal.
