This caramel rum liqueur starts with English Spirit’s pot-distilled molasses rum, blended with slow-cooked caramel and vanilla. It’s smooth, sweet and pudding-like - think sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce and a hint of Christmas cake spice in a glass.
Lovely sipped on its own, poured over ice cream or stirred into hot drinks when you fancy something cosy.

Yes - this is firmly in dessert territory. It’s sweet and creamy, but the rum and a touch of spice give it a bit of backbone.
