A deep golden, gently spiced Christmas chutney, sweet up front with a bit of warmth behind it.

Apples, courgettes and apricots cooked down with sultanas, ginger, chilli and mustard seed. Made by hand in small batches at Ashgrove Farm in East Sussex.

Brilliant with pork pie, cheese toasties, leftover turkey and the Boxing Day cheeseboard.
