Anything marked Pre-order goes straight into our supplier orders. The earlier you order, the less chance it's sold out. In-stock items can be ordered any time.
We contact you when it lands
Collect from the shop, add it to your local delivery, or have it posted.
If something sells out
We'll tell you as soon as we know, and you can swap it for something else or take a full refund. We never substitute without asking.
