Both bars are certified organic, palm oil free, vegan and made in the UK. The spices - cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, clove, star anise, fennel and more - are sourced as by-products from the chai tea industry, giving them a genuinely warm and distinctive character rather than synthetic fragrance.

Cinnamon & Ginger - a warming, spiced bar with kaolin clay. Particularly good for dry skin through the cooler months.

Fennel & Cardamom - a slightly lighter scent with green clay (montmorillonite) and shea butter for extra moisture.

How To Use

Use with water to create a creamy lather. Suitable for use on face and body. Rinse thoroughly and leave the bar to dry between uses - a bamboo soap dish or soap ladder will help it last longer.

Are these suitable for sensitive skin?
Both bars are 100% natural and free from synthetic fragrance, which makes them a gentler option than most conventional soaps. The Fennel & Cardamom bar includes shea butter and green clay making it the more moisturising of the two. If you have a known sensitivity to any of the listed spice ingredients, check the ingredient list before use.

What makes UpCircle's ingredients upcycled?
The chai spices in both bars are sourced as residual by-products from the food and drink industry - materials that would otherwise go to waste. It's the same principle as their coffee oil and apricot powder in other products.

How do I make the bar last longer?
Keep it out of standing water between uses - a bamboo soap dish or soap ladder lets air circulate around the bar so it dries out properly rather than dissolving in a puddle.
