Edmunds is run by two brothers in Suffolk, who mix, bottle and label every cocktail by hand. Each one uses at least a double measure of spirit per serve, with brands like Adnams, Sapling, FAIR, Tico and DropWorks. Pour over ice, shake or stir, and you've got a proper cocktail in under a minute.

Amaretto Sour
Luxardo Amaretto and fresh lemon - sweet, sour and softly almondy. Shake over ice for 20 seconds and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
Berry Bramble
Adnams Copper House Gin, black raspberry liqueur and lemon. Shake over ice and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
Cosmopolitan
Absolut Citron, Cointreau, cranberry and lime. Shake over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Elderflower Collins
Adnams Copper House Gin with elderflower and a hint of cucumber. Just add soda. Pour over ice in a highball glass and top with soda water.
Espresso Martini
Sapling Vodka, FAIR Café Liqueur and real coffee. Shake hard over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Kumquat Margarita
Tico Tequila, FAIR Kumquat Liqueur, agave and fresh lime. Shake over ice and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
Mojito
DropWorks Rum, mint and lime. Just add soda. Pour over crushed ice in a highball glass and top with soda water.
Negroni
Adnams Copper House Gin, vermouth and Campari. Stir over ice and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Old Fashioned
Bourbon and Adnams Single Malt, lightly sweetened with bitters. Stir over ice and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Passion Fruit Martini
Sapling Vodka and sharp passion fruit liqueur. Shake over ice and strain into a chilled coupe.
Pink Grapefruit Margarita
Tico Tequila, pink grapefruit and lime. Shake over ice and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
Strawberry Daiquiri
DropWorks Rum, fresh strawberries and lime. Shake over ice and strain into a chilled coupe.
