Juiced the Tip juice fresh ginger with orange, lemon and turmeric, then bottle it in glass and pasteurise it. Natural ingredients only - the honey just takes the very sharpest edge off.

FAQs
Does it need refrigerating?
It keeps for four months unopened, but it tastes better cold. Once open, keep it in the fridge and drink within seven days. Check the use-by date on the bottle.
Why is there sediment in the bottle?
Because it is made from freshly juiced ginger and fruit with nothing added to keep it clear. Give it a shake before pouring.
How hot is it?
Properly hot - real ginger with only a little honey to soften it. Dilute it with water if it is too much.
Juiced the Tip is a one-woman business in Levenshulme, Manchester, started by Katie after 18 years working in the city's bars and restaurants. All the fruit and roots are juiced fresh, bottled in glass and pasteurised so they keep in the cupboard.
