Dipp's Red Pepper & Aubergine Dip is a handmade blend of sun-ripened, fire-roasted red peppers and smooth, smoky aubergine, rounded out with garlic, smoked paprika and a gentle hum of chilli. Rich, savoury and full of proper Med warmth - exactly the kind of dip you want in the middle of a sharing board.
Pile it onto flatbreads and pittas, scoop it with crisps and crackers, spread it through grilled cheese and sandwiches, or spoon it alongside roast vegetables, halloumi and grain bowls.
