A full-flavoured medium cider at 6%, made from traditional Herefordshire cider apples grown and pressed on the family farm.
Abrahalls AM is the medium member of the Abrahalls trio, sitting between the dry AD and the matured AV. It is built on the same blend of bittersweet and sharp cider apples: Dabinett and Michelin with a smattering of Kingston Black, the old cidermaker's favourite.
The fruit is left in the orchard to grow and fully ripen before pressing, which is what gives it the depth. Golden, well-rounded and gently tannic, with enough sweetness to soften the edges without tipping into sugary. Proper farmhouse cider, and very easy to drink at 6%.

Serve well chilled. The rounded, gently sweet profile makes it the most crowd-friendly of the Abrahalls three, and it holds up well against a ploughman's, sausages, roast pork or a mature cheddar.
Contains sulphites, used to preserve freshness. Free from celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans and tree nuts.
How is this different from Thundering Molly?
Thundering Molly is 5.2% and a touch lighter and softer in character. Abrahalls AM is 6% and fuller, with more traditional farmhouse depth and a bit more tannin.
What does the Abrahalls name mean?
Abrahalls is the family name behind Celtic Marches, and the Abrahalls range is their more traditional, farmhouse-style line, as opposed to the modern core range.
How sweet is a medium cider?
Medium sits between dry and sweet. You get ripe apple sweetness on the palate, but it finishes clean rather than sticky.
Is it made from concentrate?
No. Celtic Marches grow, pick and press on site, so this is made entirely from their own fresh pressed cider apples.
