Holly GoLightly is Celtic Marches’ low-alcohol cider, made from the same kind of cider apples as their full-strength range but gently de-alcoholised to 0.5%. It has a fresh cider apple nose, light sweetness and a soft tannin finish that makes it feel like “real cider”, just much lighter.
