Bacchus Grape Gin 45% | Tuffon Hall
- Low stock - 5 items left
Vineyard-grown Bacchus grape skins distilled into a bright, citrusy English gin.
Tuffon Hall’s Bacchus Grape Gin (their “grape gin”) starts life in the vineyard. After pressing their Bacchus grapes for wine, the skins are reused and distilled with juniper, coriander and fresh citrus in a small copper pot still. The result is a dry, modern gin with lifted citrus, subtle floral notes and a gentle grape character that keeps it distinctly English.
Serve it simply with a good tonic and a slice of citrus, or lean into the wine connection and garnish with a few frozen grapes.
Grain spirit, Bacchus grape skins, juniper berries, coriander seeds, fresh orange zest, minneola tangelo, bay leaves, lemon zest.
What does Bacchus Grape Gin taste like?
It’s a dry, refreshing gin with classic juniper at the core, layered with bright citrus, gentle floral notes and a soft grape character from the Bacchus skins. Think zesty and elegant rather than sweet.
How should I serve it?
Start with 25-50ml over plenty of ice, top with a quality tonic and garnish with lemon, grapefruit or a few frozen grapes. It also makes a lovely Martini or a twist on a White Negroni.
What’s the difference between the 50cl and 5cl bottles?
The liquid is the same in both - the 5cl miniature is perfect for gifting, tasting flights or wedding favours, while the 50cl is ideal for the drinks cabinet.
