These EcoLiving tablets are a concentrated, plastic-free alternative - chew one, add a small sip of water, swill and spit. Each tablet contains 1450ppm fluoride (the same level as standard toothpaste) to help protect against cavities and keep teeth strong.

How To Use

Chew one tablet, take a sip of 20-30ml of water, swill as you would with liquid mouthwash, and spit. Suitable for daily use.

Yes - the fluoride content is 1450ppm, which is the same level used in standard toothpastes and mouthwashes for cavity protection. The format is different but the active protection is the same.

How many tablets will I get through?
One tablet per use - so 125 tablets is over four months' worth at once daily use.
