Cold-pressed rapeseed oil with 40% raspberry vinegar and wholegrain mustard. Sweet, sharp, fruity and just three ingredients.
The raspberry vinegar does most of the talking here - tart and fruity, with the wholegrain mustard pulling everything together and giving it some bite. The mustard flavour itself is mellow rather than fiery, so it works for people who don't normally reach for the mustard jar.
Especially good with goat's cheese, roasted beetroot, lamb, duck or any sort of pork. Drizzle over a green salad with walnuts, marinade chicken before roasting, or stir through a warm grain bowl. Available in 100ml and 250ml bottles.

Sweet and fruity from the raspberry vinegar, with a mellow mustard background. The wholegrain mustard gives it texture without much heat.
What pairs well with it?
Goat's cheese, roasted beetroot, lamb, duck, pork, walnut salads, or anything with a slightly gamey edge that benefits from a fruity, sharp note.
I don't like mustard - will I still like this?
Quite possibly - the mustard here is more textural than fiery, and the raspberry is the dominant flavour. Lots of customers who avoid mustard are converted by this one.
