Orange-led, herb-fresh and properly bittersweet - built for Spritzes, Negronis, and aperitif hour on ice.
Vault’s Bitter starts with an infusion of botanicals and fruits including orange peel, gentian, fig and oregano, balanced with a fresh infusion of garden herbs including sage and rosemary.
Finished with English wine and minimal sugar, it’s a modern bitter that keeps things aromatic, dry-leaning and cocktail-ready.
Vault are big on doing things properly: their bottles are made from 100% post-consumer recycled glass (“wild flint”), with lightweight refill cans available to help keep bottles in use for longer (coming soon). They also use biodegradable labels, glass stoppers, a plastic-free plant-based tamper seal, recycled-cardboard postal packaging, and vacuum (cold) distillation to reduce energy and water use.
Is it like Campari? Same “bitter aperitivo” lane, but with Vault’s orange-and-herb profile and a drier, modern feel.
What’s the simplest serve? Plenty of ice and fresh orange peel.
