Chococo is an independent artisan chocolate brand founded in Swanage, Dorset in 2002 by husband and wife team Claire and Andy Burnet - and they've been doing things properly ever since.

All chocolates are handcrafted using fine single origin chocolate sourced directly from cocoa farmers in Colombia, Ecuador and Madagascar, combined with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and absolutely no palm oil.

With 100% plastic-free packaging, over 138 fine food awards, and a genuine commitment to marine conservation and reforestation, Chococo is the kind of chocolate brand you can feel good about buying.

Founded in 2002 in Swanage, Dorset, Chococo has grown from a tiny backstreet chocolate kitchen into one of the UK's most celebrated independent artisan chocolate brands - all while keeping every product handmade and every ingredient carefully considered.

They work directly with cocoa farming partners in Colombia, Ecuador and Madagascar, securing fine single origin chocolate that is lower in sugar than most competitors, soya-free, and entirely palm oil-free.

Chococo were ahead of the curve on packaging too - launching without plastic inserts back in 2002, long before it became an industry talking point - and today all packaging is 100% plastic-free and either compostable or recyclable.
