Pacific Rise is Burnt Mill’s collab with Time & Tide Brewing in Kent - a glowing golden West Coast IPA with sticky malt character and a big hit of resinous hops. Simcoe, Centennial and Columbus bring waves of citrus, grapefruit and pine, backed up by a firm, moreish bitterness.

It’s a proper old-school-leaning IPA: clear, punchy and bitter enough to keep you coming back for another sip.
