Floral, delicate and refreshing gin Collins with elderflower and a hint of cucumber.
This Elderflower Collins starts with Adnams Copper House Gin, then layers in elderflower, citrus and a subtle cucumber note for a long, tall, very drinkable serve. It is light, fragrant and not too sweet - the sort of cocktail you can happily sip all evening.
To serve, pour the chilled 100ml bottle over plenty of ice in a tall glass, top with sparkling soda and finish with the dried lemon garnish. It is an easy upgrade from a standard G&T and feels very “garden party” in a glass.

Is Elderflower Collins very sweet?
It is lightly sweet but still refreshing, with plenty of citrus and a floral elderflower note. Topping with extra soda will make it drier and longer.
How is it different to a G&T?
You get more elderflower, a little cucumber and a more “built” cocktail flavour rather than just gin plus tonic. It feels a bit more special but is just as easy to serve.
