How To Order The Right Amount
Our quantity dropdown is designed so you can order the exact amount your container needs - rather than being locked into fixed sizes. Options available: 100g, 200g, 300g, 400g, 500g and 1kg. Combine as many as you need to match your container size.

Topping up a part-empty container? Either estimate the amount you need and order that, or order a full amount and tick the "Top up my containers fully - invoice or refund the difference" box on this page. We'll weigh and refill, then refund the difference.
Note: We use scales to measure all refills - there may be slight variations.
How To Place Your Order
Order via the website as normal, or message us by WhatsApp or email the day before (or earlier) your usual delivery date.
For example: "Hi Dan, please can I book in for refills tomorrow? I need destainer powder and laundry liquid - please refill my containers fully. I'll leave them on the doorstep, thanks!"
We'll book you in, refill your containers, and send an email invoice for the amount refilled.

FAQs
What's the difference between destainer powder and regular bleach?
Chlorine bleach uses harsh chemicals that can fade colours, damage fabrics and irritate skin. This destainer uses oxygen-based bleaching agents instead - gentler on fabrics and colours, safer to use, and effective at lower temperatures.
Can I use it on coloured fabrics?
Yes - it's specifically designed to work without fading colours, which is one of the main advantages over chlorine bleach.
Is refill destainer powder available for nationwide delivery?
No - the refill and the Destainer Powder with Jar option are both local delivery only. Check our Refill Delivery Information page to see if local delivery covers you.
