These mouthwash tablets are chewable and contain fluoride. They're super simple to use!

All you do is chew one tablet, take a sip of water (20-30ml), swill and spit. 

They have a nice peppermint taste which isn't overpowering and save time by not having to dissolve them in water first. We're big fans!
