What are the sponge cloths made from?
They're made entirely from natural materials - no synthetic foam, no plastic binders. That's what makes them fully compostable at the end of their life, unlike conventional sponges.

How long do compostable sponge cloths last?
A lot longer than you might expect - they're hardy enough for daily use and can be washed repeatedly. When they do eventually wear out, just pop them in your home compost.

Can I use these for washing up as well as general cleaning?
Yes - they work well for washing up, wiping surfaces, or general household cleaning. Pair them with our Bamboo Dish Brush for a fully plastic-free washing up setup.

Are these suitable for the dishwasher?
Yes - top shelf only. Alternatively, a 30-60°C machine wash works just as well.
