English Spirit's Toffee Vodka starts with their own sugar beet vodka - distilled once from East Anglian beet, which gives it a naturally rich, creamy base - then blends in five different caramelised sugars. Making toffee without dairy the traditional way produces a deeper, more complex flavour than most toffee vodkas on the market, with smooth layers of treacly richness that don't tip over into sickly sweetness.

Is it very sweet?
Rich and indulgent, yes - but not cloying. Using five different caramels rather than a simple toffee syrup gives it layers of flavour and a balanced finish that most toffee vodkas don't have.
What can I mix it with?
Mix one part liqueur to two parts cream soda over ice for an easy long drink, or use it in an Espresso Martini for a toffee twist. It's also brilliant drizzled over ice cream, stirred into toffee sauce, or used in a banoffee pie.
