The sour one. Lemon juice and zest both go in, so it has the bite of a fresh drink rather than the roundness of a cordial, and the honey softens it just enough. Juniper comes through clearly at the end, which is more than most canned gin drinks manage.

No added flavourings or colours - the fruit is fresh, the botanicals are real and the sweetness comes from natural honey. Serve it very cold, over ice, in a wine glass rather than straight from the can.

How much is in a can?
187ml, which is a single serve - the same measure as a small bottle of Prosecco. Pour it over a full glass of ice and it stretches nicely.
