Which refills does this bottle work with?
It's designed for Neat concentrated foaming hand wash refills. We stock these separately in Cotton & Bluebell, Green Tea & Bergamot, and Mango & Fig - just add 270ml of water to the bottle, pour in the refill, replace the pump and give it a shake.
How do I keep the pump in good condition?
Rinse the bottle and pump with warm water before each refill. If you're in a hard water area, limescale can occasionally clog the pump - soaking it in warm water with a little lemon juice or citric acid usually clears it.
Is the pump plastic-free?
The bottle body is 100% recycled aluminium and plastic-free. The pump mechanism does contain some plastic components, but the bottle itself is designed to last for years, significantly reducing plastic waste compared to buying single-use hand wash bottles.
