The Pickle House's award-winning Original Pickle Juice, made for drinking. It is infused for six months with sliced cucumbers and a blend of spices, which gives it a smooth, strong and tangy flavour.
It started life as a chaser to a shot of whisky, a pairing known as the pickleback, and is now a bar staple for Bloody Marys and pickle martinis.

Serving Suggestions
Follow a shot of whisky with a shot of pickle juice for a pickleback. Add a splash to a Bloody Mary, or use it in place of olive brine for a pickle martini. Serve chilled.
About The Pickle House
Florence Cherruault set up The Pickle House in Hackney in 2014, after trying pickle juice as a chaser in New York. Everything is now made and hand bottled on her grandparents' farm in Suffolk, and they were the first pickle juice brand to become a certified B Corp.
