It means the drink contains a high proportion of juice and puree combined - 67%. Peaches are naturally thicker than citrus or apple, so the puree fraction is what gives it that smooth, velvety texture. It's a regulatory term, not a quality compromise.

Is it very sweet?
Naturally sweet from the peach itself. If you prefer it lighter, pour over ice and top with a splash of Folkington's Club Soda.
