White Truffle Rapeseed Oil - Cotswold Gold 100ml

Heady, earthy Italian white truffle folded into British cold pressed rapeseed oil. A few drops changes a whole dish.

Cotswold Gold press their extra virgin rapeseed oil on the family farm in the Cotswolds, then infuse it with white truffle for a finishing oil that is rich, savoury and unmistakably truffly. It is high in vitamin E, naturally rich in omega 3, 6 and 9, and has a higher smoke point than olive oil, so it works as a finishing drizzle and stands up to the pan.

Swirl it through risotto and fresh pasta, stir a little into mashed potato, finish mushroom and chicken dishes, drizzle over soup, or melt it with a knob of butter into a pan-fried steak. A little really does go a long way.
