If you are getting through refills faster than a 500ml bottle or 5L can allows, this is the cheaper way to do it. Twenty litres in one sealed container, dropped at your door, and we take the empty back when you are done with it.

It suits big households, holiday lets, childminders, small cafes, offices, and anyone tired of decanting every fortnight.

A Note On Handling

A full 20L container weighs a little over 20kg. Worth thinking about where you want it before it arrives, because it is not something you will want to move around often.

Most people stand it somewhere out of the way and decant into a smaller bottle as they go. A tap or a pump makes that much easier, and we can order one in alongside if you ask.

Ordering This

Please place this order separately from your usual refills. Your normal refill delivery runs to a set day, and this does not, so putting them in the same basket will suggest a delivery date we cannot meet.

We will email you as soon as it arrives and arrange a day that suits you.

FAQs

How long will it take?
Usually two to four weeks. We order from our suppliers roughly monthly, so it depends where in that cycle you catch us. We will tell you the expected date when you order.

Why can I not pick a delivery date?
Because we do not have it in stock. Rather than guess, we contact you when it lands and sort a day then.

What happens to the empty container?
Leave it out on your next delivery and we take it back to be refilled and reused. Nothing goes in the bin.

Can I get something that is not on the list?
Probably. If it is in our refill range we can usually get it in 20L. Get in touch and ask.
