Chimi Love’s Red Pepper & Red Jalapeño Aji is a Colombian-style hot sauce that’s big on flavour as well as heat. Sweet red peppers, red jalapeños and coriander are blended with extra virgin olive oil, cider vinegar and lemon juice for a rich, slightly sweet chilli sauce with a fiery finish.

Use it anywhere you’d normally reach for hot sauce: over tacos and grilled veg, stirred into mayo, drizzled on eggs or splashed onto anything that needs a bit more life.
