How to use Natural Bleach

Natural Bleach is activated by water to release oxygen, making it effective and eco-friendly for many household uses:

• Brighten white laundry – add 1-2 tbsp per load
• Soak stained clothing or nappies
• Disinfect toilets and bins
• Clean grout, tiles, sinks and surfaces

For general cleaning: dissolve 1 tbsp in warm water and apply.

To soak laundry: dissolve 2–4 tbsp in hot water and soak items for a few hours.

For toilets: pour 1–2 tbsp in the bowl, leave overnight, then scrub and flush.

What is Natural Bleach?

Natural Bleach is Sodium Percarbonate – a combination of Sodium Carbonate (soda crystals) and Hydrogen Peroxide. It breaks down into water, oxygen and soda ash when used, leaving no toxic residues behind.

Is it the same as chlorine bleach?

No. Natural Bleach is chlorine-free, non-toxic and much safer for people, pets and the planet. It whitens and disinfects using oxygen rather than harsh chemicals.

Is it septic tank safe?

Yes! Natural Bleach is safe for septic tanks and greywater systems, and it won’t harm aquatic life.

Can I use it with colours?

Yes, but always patch test first. While gentler than chlorine bleach, natural bleach may lighten some fabrics over time.

How to place your order

To help you refill any size bottle or container, our dropdown menu lets you choose flexible amounts.

Available in: 50g, 100g, 200g, 300g, 400g, 500g and 1kg options – combine as needed for your container size.

FOR EXAMPLE

Need 950g? Add 1x 50g, 1x 400g, and 1x 500g to your cart.

For 1.5kg, simply choose 1x 500g and 1x 1kg.

TOPPING UP

If your container isn’t empty, you can either estimate the top-up needed, or order a full refill and leave a note on the cart page.

We’ll weigh and refill your containers and refund anything unused. For example, if we only refill 300g of the 500g ordered, we’ll refund the remaining 200g.

Prefer to skip the website? No problem – message us the day before (or earlier) your usual delivery day via WhatsApp or email.
