Our quantity dropdown lets you order the exact amount your bottle needs, rather than being locked into fixed sizes. Options run from 50ml up to 1L - combine as many as you need to match your bottle.
Example: a 950ml bottle needs 1x 500ml + 1x 400ml + 1x 50ml.
Topping up a part-empty bottle? Either estimate what you need and order that, or order a full bottle's worth and leave a note at checkout asking us to refund any unused amount. We weigh and refill, then refund the difference.
Note: we measure refills on a 1g = 1ml basis, so there may be slight variation between products.
Order through the website as normal, or message us by WhatsApp or email the day before (or earlier than) your usual delivery date.
For example: "Hi Dan, please can I book in for refills tomorrow? I need vegetable glycerin, please refill my bottle fully. I will leave it on the doorstep, thanks!"
We book you in, refill your bottles, and send an email invoice for the amount refilled.

Leave your clean, empty or part-empty bottle outside in a safe place on your delivery day and we will refill and return it.
