Choosing a preloved can costs no more than a new one - it's our way of keeping as much packaging in circulation and out of waste as possible.

These cans may have been donated to us and can vary in shape, size and colour from our standard 5L cans. They may show signs of previous use. Every can is personally cleaned and washed out inside before dispatch to ensure no cross-contamination.

In some cases - typically with Miniml products - we may send a new can instead. New cans are still fully returnable to us free of charge when empty, or back to Miniml directly for them to wash and reuse.

Returns: Please help keep this a closed-loop system by returning your empty cans to us - it costs you nothing. Visit our returns page to request a free returns label. Cans will be inspected, cleaned and reused.

Please ensure empty cans are clean, undamaged and have the original white plastic cap attached before returning. Do not include other accessories. We encourage reusing packaging and using paper parcel tape - please no plastic wrap.

FAQs

Why might I receive a new can instead of a preloved one?
With some Miniml products we may send a new can if preloved stock isn't available. New cans are equally returnable - either to us via the free returns label or back to Miniml directly.

How do I return my empty can?
Fill out the form on our returns page and we'll send you a free label. Make sure the can is clean, undamaged and has the white cap attached.

Can I use my own courier to return?
Yes - if you'd prefer to arrange your own return courier you can do so at your own cost.
