Christmas in a jar, and 96% of it is still peanuts. Sultanas, mixed spice and orange oil over a smooth roasted base.

It sounds like a novelty and it is, a bit, but the spicing is restrained enough that it works as an actual breakfast rather than a dare. The sultanas give it texture despite the smooth base, the orange oil lifts the whole thing, and there is no added sugar anywhere - the sweetness is all fruit.

On toast, on a warm crumpet, or stirred into porridge in December. It also makes a very good mince pie filling if you are that way inclined.

FAQs

Is there any added sugar?
None. The sweetness comes from the sultanas and the spices.

Does it separate?
Natural peanut butter without palm oil will always separate a little. Stir it through before the first use and keep it in the fridge afterwards if you want it to stay mixed.

Is it only a Christmas thing?
Officially yes. We are not going to stop you in March.
