Sparkling Elderflower 275ml | Fentimans
- In stock, ready to ship
Pale, faintly green and unmistakably British - Fentimans Gently Sparkling Elderflower is one of those drinks that manages to taste exactly like it sounds.
Made with natural elderflower extract and botanically brewed using Fentimans' 7-day fermentation process, it has a delicate floral sweetness on the nose, a light and refreshing flavour, and a clean, perfectly balanced finish. Not overly sweet, not artificial - just quietly lovely.
Pour over plenty of ice and garnish with a slice of lime or a few fresh elderflower heads when they're in season. Works just as well on a winter afternoon as a summer one, and makes a brilliant non-alcoholic option at the table that doesn't feel like an afterthought.
Carbonated Water, Sugar, Elderflower Extracts, Acid (Citric Acid), Stabiliser (Pectin), Fermented Ginger Root Extract (Water, Glucose Syrup, Ginger Root, Pear Juice Concentrate, Yeast), Natural Flavourings, Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides from Stevia).

Is Fentimans Gently Sparkling Elderflower very sweet?
It's lightly sweet rather than sugary - the floral elderflower flavour is the star and the finish is clean and refreshing. Much more balanced than most elderflower cordial-based drinks.
Is it suitable as a non-alcoholic option at dinner?
It's one of the best - light, elegant and interesting enough to feel like a considered choice rather than just "the soft drink option". Works particularly well alongside fish, salads and lighter dishes.
Can I use it as a mixer?
Yes - it pairs brilliantly with gin or vodka and makes a lovely light spritz. Add a wedge of lime and plenty of ice.
