Full-bodied and floral DDH pale with orange blossom, grapefruit and melon - low bitterness, big aroma, soft rounded finish.
Wall of Noise is built for maximum hop impact with minimal sharpness. Oats and spelt give it a pillowy, substantial base, then a generous double dry-hop of Cascade, Citra and Mosaic does the rest - a floral haze, juicy citrus and a sweetness that carries right through to the last sip.

Is it bitter? Barely - this is all about aroma and softness. The dry-hop is generous but the bitterness is deliberately kept low.
What's DDH mean? Double dry-hopped - the hops are added twice during cold conditioning rather than in the boil, which maximises aroma and juiciness without adding bitterness.
Is it similar to Drifting Moments? Same ABV and similar soft, hazy character, but Wall of Noise is slightly more floral and citrus-forward where Drifting Moments leans more tropical.
