Made from the Stevens variety of cranberry, grown on the south-eastern side of the St Lawrence River in Quebec, Canada.
Those bogs sit around 500km north of the main North American cranberry regions. The cooler climate means the fruit is less dependent on pesticides, and it comes out with a sharper edge.
19% cranberry juice, never from concentrate, lengthened with water and balanced only with apple and grape syrup. No added sugar. No preservatives. Nothing artificial.

FAQs
Why 19% juice and not 100%?
Neat cranberry juice is bracingly sour - almost nobody finishes a glass of it. Bringing it to 19% and rounding it out with apple and grape syrup gives you something genuinely drinkable, with no refined sugar going in to do the job.
Is it sweetened?
Only with fruit syrups. No added refined sugar, no sweeteners, no preservatives.
Can I use it in cocktails?
Yes. It is sharp enough to hold its own against a spirit, which is exactly what cheaper cranberry juice drinks fail to do.
